REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
REGISTER ONLINE
If you are not able to register online or need assistance, email acook@thenoss.org. Registration is not complete until full payment is received.
PRESENTERS
All presenters must register for the conference and should register by December 18, 2024. If presenters are not registered by this deadline, their session may be canceled.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership payments are handled as a separate item and not included with conference registration. Anyone who wants to register at the NOSS Member rate must first complete the membership process.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A $35 fee will be charged for a check returned due to insufficient funds.
If mailing a check is required by your institution, please register online and mail the check to arrive before the payment due date.

CONFIRMATION AND RECEIPT OF REGISTRATION
You will receive a confirmation of registration and a receipt via email immediately following payment. Please note that our 3rd party payment system will send a receipt showing the last 4 digits of the card used for online payment once payment has processed.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
To cancel, email acook@thenoss.org.
● Cancel before December 18, 2024: $25.00 cancellation fee
● Cancel December 19, 2023 - January 22, 2025: $50.00 cancellation fee
● Cancel after January 22, 2025: no refund
A transfer fee of $25 will be charged to transfer registration to another person at the same institution. NOSS membership requirements remain the same.
The deadline for transfers is January 22, 2025.
